5th Annual Mile Lane Disc Golf Summer Fling Doubles Tournament
$35 entrance fee
Every player receives $15 store credit to Mile Lane Disc Golf
Sign up as a team, or a partner can be assigned
Prizes for doubles champion and runners-up
Because of the size of the course and flow of play, the tournament
will be limited to 15 teams
Two rounds of 24 holes (Holes 1 to 12 short and 1 to 12 long)
Two divisions—determined by first-round scores
The top three teams play a six-hole championship round
All levels of play are invited to sign up
A closest to the pin contest—between rounds
Lunch will be provided
Tournament Details
The Morning Round of the Doubles tournament will be in an alternative-throw format (except the same player can only drive twice in a row) - Teams select their person to drive each hole and alternate shots until a putt is made.
The afternoon Round of Doubles tournament will be the best throw format (except the same player can only drive twice in a row)
Final Six Holes for Tops Three Teams (or any additional teams tied for third place) will be best throw format (except the same player can only drive twice in a row)
Both Morning and Afternoon rounds will follow the league format— Holes 1—12 Short and then 1-12 Long (24 holes each round) - The Championship round will feature Long Holes 13—18
