Join us for a powerful 7-week series where we’ll explore and align the 7 main chakras, starting from the Root and rising to the Crown. Each week, we’ll focus on a new chakra, learning how it influences our energy, emotions, and well-being — and what it looks like when it’s balanced, overactive, or underactive.
What to Expect Each Week:
🌿 Chakra Education – Learn the meaning, qualities, how to heal, and energetic flow of the week’s chakra.
🎶 Sound Bath Healing – Josh will guide you through a deeply immersive sound bath tuned to that chakra’s frequency.
💆♀️ Personal Reiki – While the sound bath plays, Sara will offer individualized Reiki to each participant.
🎶 Integration Sound Bath – A short group sound bath to help your mind, body, and spirit integrate the session.
🥗 Chakra-Aligned Refreshments – Enjoy food and drinks intentionally chosen to support that chakra’s energy.
💬 Sharing Circle – Connect with the group and reflect on your experiences.
📅 When: Tuesdays at 6:00 PM (2-hour session)
