♿ Accessibility Info: The venue is located on the block across Metro Beaubien (Saint-Vallier exit); the entrance is at street level, followed by a 7-step staircase leading directly into the basement venue. There will be no risers for the runway. The green room (capacity 50 people) is located behind a door at the back of the main stage, which is two steps above the floor. Please contact the organizers if you require assistance and we will do our best to accommodate.

Are you still dead from this past ballroom summer? It’s time to resurrect on the runway! Be it as a ghoulish revenant from pop culture (with a reference), or a zombified fashion trend from the past, bring it as a zombie (but leave the stiff walk in the grave!).
👺 Face | Scooby-Doo Villain | 🏆🏆🏆 (MF, FF, GNC)
The Scooby-Doo franchise exposed many a generation to their first iconic face reveal; as adults, we now know real humans can be more fearsome than any monster. Show us a mug so exquisite, it goes beyond the supernatural. Bring it as a Scooby-Doo villain, with a mask reveal (and a reference).

Klasky Csupo is an animation studio famous for its off-kilter aesthetic and for producing cult classics such as Rugrats, As Told By Ginger, and Aaahh!! Real Monsters, a series based in New York City following the adventures of 3 young monsters aspiring to be the best scarers in town. Bring it as a monster that could be featured in Aaahh!! Real Monsters.

Succubi and incubi are demons that feed on the sexual energy of their victims, seducing them at night. Will you be the judges’ wet dream, or their sleep paralysis demon? Bring it as a succubus or incubus.

As an immortal being, who has lived for eons, you have seen various fashion trends come and go, and have acquired your own taste throughout the years. Are you old money chic like Count Dracula ? Or new money swagger like Stack and Mary ? Bring it as a stylish vampire, and put the “killa” in Fashion Killa.
🧙 Arms Control vs. Hands Performance | Witches, Wizards, Warlocks | 🏆🏆
Magic users are known for their intricate spell work. Whether they brew a potion in a cauldron or cast a spell with a wand, their hands and arms serve as a conductor for their powers. Tonight, we want to see you weave a story through your sorcery. Bring it as a witch, wizard or warlock.

There was a time where 3 magic words were all it took to fill your goodie bag with loot; nowadays, you need to pull more tricks to get your treat, especially if you show up in a pedestrian costume! For your 10s, chant using the words ”trick or treat” (come with your trick or treat bag and your Halloween costume).
👻 Runway | Ghosts | 🏆🏆🏆 (EU, AA, FF)
In literature, a shade can refer to the ghost or spirit of a dead person; on the runway, don’t throw shade, BE the shade! You can bring it as a famous spectre with a reference, or even your own interpretation of the classic sheet with eye holes. Can you sell the phantom fantasy and glide on the runway? Bring it as a ghost.
🧟♂️⚡ Body | Frankenstein's Monsters | 🏆🏆 (MF, FF)
Frankenstein’s Monster and his bride were built using the very best body parts found in the cemetery. As a body walker, show us your assets are so good, Dr. Frankenstein would rob your grave. Bring it as one of Frankenstein’s monsters, highlighting your favourite body parts.
👩🏻 Switch pt. 2 | Morticia Addams | (FF) 🏆

Goblins are ancient, folkloric creatures known for their eccentric nature, elven appearance, and penchant for treasure. Gremlins are fearsome critters that first appeared at the turn of the 20th century, known for causing chaos and technological disruption. Both being creatures of mischief, you must choose between medieval and modern trickery. Old way and New Way bring it as a goblin; VF: bring it as a gremlin.
