Bring your own mat for a free pilates class to kick off your weekend refreshed, aligned, and strong!

Mount Pulaski fall festival is hosting Imago Dei Pilates studio on the Courthouse lawn for a 30 minute pilates class.

Don't have a mat? No worries, the grass should be comfortable enough that you could bring a beach towel instead.

Imago Dei is a new boutique pilates studio from Lincoln, IL! Be sure to stop by and ask any questions you might have about the studio, and get a taste of the difference pilates can make in your health journey.
