The Red Tent Women's Circle: Reclaiming Aphrodite

The Red Tent is an ancient tradition—rooted in biblical times and carried forward through generations of women who gathered during their bleeding, birthing, and rites of the feminine to rest, reflect, and renew. Today, the tradition lives on as a sacred space for the modern woman in all her forms: maiden, mother, and crone.

This October, we gather in the heart of Libra season — the season of Venus. Our focus will be on goddess work through Aphrodite and Venus, exploring the themes she carries into our lives: relationships, self-worth, values, beauty, and belonging. This is a circle to reclaim the Venus within you—not as a distant archetype, but as a living truth in your body, your voice, your heart.

Through ritual, reflection, and the gentle holding of circle, we will honor Venus in both her gifts and her wounds. Together, we’ll soften into questions of how we give and receive love, how we see our own worth, and how we align our lives with what we truly value.

✧ Who Is This For?This circle is for all who identify as women, especially:

• Maidens – girls, teens, and women in early womanhood
• Mothers – of children, of visions, of themselves
• Crones – post-menopausal elders and feminine wisdom keepers

Babies and daughters are welcome in circle. A sitter will be available for children who do not join—a $10 donation is requested per family to support this offering.
