My last tournament for a while! This tournament will be strictly reverse co-ed 4s. Women will be the primary blockers/attackers. Men can swing from behind the 10ft line but cannot block. No open hand tips, no set overs, jump serving is allowed, directional blocking is allowed, doubles will be called, if there’s a disagreement — replay the point. If you have 3 girls, one needs to be designated back row for the entire day. $160 per team
The facility asks that large coolers of food and drink stay home. There is food and drink available for purchase at the facility as well as lots of options within 10 minutes of the place for you to go to in your down time. This is a family facility so please keep your alcohol inconspicuous as well.
Doors will open at 8am with a captains meeting at 8:45. Play will begin at 9am. If time allows, I’d like to get a second round of pool play in — so please no warm ups after you’ve played once and limit off time between games.
I can take up to 60 teams but will start with a cap at 30. If teams continue to sign up after 30, I’ll open up more spots.
Payment is due by March 17th. Large payout for winners of gold bracket and at least money back for second place, shirts for silver and lower brackets depending on turnout.
