Rescue Effect!

HATS is excited to announce our participation in the ASPCA's Rescue Effect adoption events! This month, August, we will be WAIVING ADOPTION FEES from 8/4 to 8/9 (Monday to Saturday) and 8/25-8/30. This event applies to all adult cats and dogs but does not include puppies or kittens.

The first step to adoption at HATS is an application, APPLY AT https://form.jotform.com/83314862220147

This event is part of the ASPCA's national campaign dedicated to helping animal welfare organizations increase their adoptions and engage the public in their communities.
