Browned red chorizo / yukon potatoes / carrots / kale / roasted chicken stock
Course 3: Short Rib Ragu
Red wine braised beef short-rib / rigatoni noodles / parmesan cheese / parsley
Course 4: Garlic Steak Bites
Pan-seared marinated filet tips / boursin whipped mashed potatoes / garlic butter / chives
Course 5: Sticky Toffee Pudding
Rich, moist date cake soaked in toffee sauce served with vanilla bean ice cream.
