Free Christmas Bootcamp

Join our FREE functional fitness bootcamp on Monday 8th December, 10am at Empower Health and Physiotherapy

All we ask is that you bring a gift donation for our Christmas Hamper Drive, supporting Mackay Women’s Services.

The session includes:
- a 45minute fun functional fitness workout
- a short chat on the importance of exercise at every age
- morning tea
- and a sneak peak of our new classes starting January 2026.
