Learn, design & create a dazzling piece of Stained Glass using the Copper Foil method. This 3 week workshop will introduce basic Stained Glass techniques. You will learn how to safely cut, grind, foil, solder, and finish a piece of your own design! No glass experience necessary as this is considered a beginners class. All tools and materials provided.
Week 1: All About Stained Glass - Learning the tools, history & how to design your own personal project.
Week 2: Cutting & Preparing Glass Tweaking designs, cutting your pieces & preparing them for assembly.
Week 3: Soldering, Patina & Cleaning Assembling your pieces through soldering & proper cleaning of the glass.
Please note due to safety regulations, no food or drink is permitted during this class. Bottled water & beverages being the exception
$15tx Deposit required upon registration, pay the remaining $185tx during the first class.
