The Mount Olive Area Chamber of Commerce & Scott Satterfield of Edward Jones Financial Planning are excited to offer a new series of monthly networking sessions designed to energize and empower entrepreneurs in the Mount Olive area.

Sessions will take place the third Thursday of each month at a new and thriving Mount Olive area business, from 8:30 am - 9:30 am. The first event of the series will take place at Grounded and Baked in downtown Mount Olive.

Kicking of the inaugural session, we'll be discussing Building an Entrepreneurial Mindset in Mount Olive with a dynamic conversation about the ecosystem of entrepreneurship in the Mount Olive region. Scott Satterfield, financial planner, will present, followed by a panel of representatives invested in the success of businesses here in Mount Olive: Edward Olive - Director of the Lois. G. Britt Agribusiness Center at the University of Mount Olive, Barbara Kornegay - representing the Mount Olive Community Development Corporation, and Julie Beck - president of the Mount Olive Area Chamber of Commerce.
