I would love to invite you to a free sound frequency evening at The Art Gallery Church on East St, Tuesday 17th February ,7pm.
As we say goodbye to the past year of the wood snake , putting the old energy behind us and moving forward into this auspicious new energy of the fire horse.
Shedding and releasing the old as we call in balance and rejuvenation , creativity and passion.
Even if you are just curious about sound healing and want to experience it for yourself, you are more than welcome.
Afterwards there will be a fire ceremony and drumming for those who are interested.
If you feel called to come along please bring either a mat or something to lay on or a chair for the sound healing hour.
Think comfort, pillows, blankets ect all welcome, the aim is to relax.
If you are staying for the fire ceremony please bring a pen.
