Join physical therapist, Adam Domovich PT, DPT, COMT, as he discusses what affects your balance and risk factors for falls. He will also provide you with actionable steps to help improve your life and keep you safe!

Adam is a local physical therapist working out of Resolute Physical Therapy. He is passionate about educating the community on various topics such as balance/decreasing fall risk, low back pain, knee pain and more! Adam's goal is to improve the lives and safety of our community.

In this workshop, Adam will discuss the factors that affect our balance, risk factors for falls, the top 3 exercises anyone can do to improve their balance and provide a checklist of action items for attendees to take home to help decrease their fall risk.
