Live DJ Ecstatic Dance - Mt Horeb

*A note on the address- the entrance to my second floor studio is just to the right of Driftless Social. It is a navy blue door with a sign Moonbeam Birth & Bodywork. Come on upstairs and my space is right there with an open door.

Come as you are, dance and be danced. Each dance is a movement journey through self and often leads to feelings of resistance and surrender, joy and sorrow. 🌹

No shoes, no booze, no phones, no talking on the dance floor.

We will begin with a pulse check-in and short somatic harmonizing practice. We dance for one hour to a live DJ set by my dear friend Kristen Habeck. Then pulse check out and goodbyes.
