Creations with Pressed Leaves and Flowers

On Tuesday, September 2nd, the Mound Vue Garden Club will host a workshop for making Creations with Pressed Leaves and Flowers. We will be decorating plain glass votive candle holders and making bookmarks, coasters, and other items with pressed leaves and flowers. We will have all the supplies you will need for this activity. However, feel free to bring things to enhance your projects and share with others. You may wish to dry and bring along pressed flowers and leaves, ribbon, decorative paper you wish to use as a background. Bring scissors and other helpful tools. The club meets monthly, every first Tuesday, 6:45PM, at Wisconsin Surplus, Mt Horeb, 2600 Rte 78 South, in the Violet Room. The building is located on the west side of the village of Mt Horeb (at the 2nd exit heading west off 18/151). Refreshments at 6:45, presentation starts at 7:00, and the club business meeting begins at 8:00.

Members of the general public are welcome to attend the program free of charge. The program will be followed by a business meeting of the Mound Vue Garden Club.
