Welcome to Mill Street Studio’s Winter Wonderland Shootout a winter/Christmas theme event. This shootout will be from 12pm to 5pm models may start arriving at 11am and photographers may start arriving at 11:30 am. We will be using 2nd and third floor for this shootout. The price for photographers is $100, a $50 non refundable deposit is required at sign up to hold your spot on the photographer’s list. If you cancel or aren’t able to attend the $50 deposit will be forfeited, however if we have to cancel or change the date for any reason you will receive a refund. The remaining $50 balance is due December 3rd at the latest. Payment options will be listed below. We only have a certain amount of photographer spots available so don’t wait until the last minute to sign up! Models are no cost for this event, however you must be on the model list to attend. Please message Courtney Ruda if you are a model and would like to attend.
We will have at least 3 unique Christmas/ winter wonderland themed sets along with holiday decorations around the studio. We will have a few of our regular sets up as well. Pictures of the sets and studio will be posted on the event page a couple weeks before the event. The theme is optional however if you are Jewish, Muslim or a different religion and u celebrate a different holiday at that time and have a special outfit you would like to wear please feel free to bring it. Bring whatever YOU are comfortable in and want pictures of. Models please bring at least 3 outfits of your choice (you may bring more).
Please do not shoot more than 15 or 20 minuets with the same model or photographer. We have this rule so everyone gets a chance to work together and get the best possible images. Photographers must give each model they shoot 3 to 5 images per outfit each models wears. Meaning if you shoot the same model in 2 different outfits she must receive 6 to 10 images. Images must be sent with in 30 days of the shootout date. If photo requirements are not met the photographer may not be invited back to another shootout. However if an emergency happens and you may not meet that deadline please communicate with us, communication is key. We will provide a broad photo release/agreement for each model and photographer and it will be sent with in 48 hours after the shootout through email.
