Mindful Reverse Colouring

Mental health is just as important as physical health and like physical health, it thrives with care and connection.

Join the District Council of Grant next month at a free Mindful Reverse Colouring event with Susan Briffa as part of Mental Health Month.

Start with a page of colours and simply add lines, doodles or shapes. No art skills needed, just your imagination! 🖌🎨

Two events will be held between 10:30am and 11:30am:
• Sunday 12 October 2025 at the Allendale East Public Hall
• Sunday 26 October 2025 at the Tarpeena Football Club Rooms
