New GriefShare Group Begins

Trinity begins a new session of GriefShare on Sept. 9 from 1:30-3:30 p.m. in the Chapel. A GriefShare support group is a safe place where people understand the difficult emotions of grief. Through this 13-week group, discover what to expect in the days ahead and what’s “normal” in grief. Since there are no neat, orderly stages of grief, you’ll learn helpful ways of coping and gain solid support each step of the way. Trinity’s GriefShare group runs through Dec. 2.
