MCA is pleased to share the plans for the 2025 Cemetery & Heritage Tour on Saturday, October 4, 2025.
The tour begins in Delaware at 9 a.m. and the bus will return to Delaware by 4:30 p.m. This year, participants will visit three historic cemeteries and a historic church in Middlesex Centre, with knowledgeable tour guides/historians. There will be time to explore and ask questions. You never know who or what you'll find! More details will be given to participants before the event.
This year, participants will tour three cemeteries, one in each of the former Townships of Lobo, London and Delaware. This year we have added a historic church to the tour. While we will keep the locations of the cemeteries a mystery until closer to the event, we are pleased to share that participants in the tour will be visiting historic Kilworth United Church. 2025 marks the congregation’s 175th anniversary, which makes it an ideal time to visit. We are thrilled that the members of their historical committee will be welcoming us for a tour and chat about the church’s history. We will also eat our lunch there.
The small print:
- The bus will leave and return to Delaware Community Centre. Please park in the back lot of the Community Centre.
- Please bring a bagged lunch.
- Please dress according to the weather, including proper footwear.
- The tour will take place rain or shine.
- The bus is not accessible.
- Please be aware that cemeteries have uneven ground.
All attendees will receive an email with additional information and instructions prior to event.

$25 for current MCA Members
$30 for non-members.
