Riverstone is sponsoring Connect My Health presentation at Middlesex County Library – Komoka

Join us to learn more about Connect My Health, a secure digital platform that lets you access all your health records in one convenient place. Discover how this free, government-funded program works and get hands-on support with enrollment. Anjali Karla and her team will be onsite at Komoka Library to guide you through the process and answer any questions you may have.

Please make sure to bring:
- Your own device (cell phone, tablet, or laptop computer)
- Your valid Ontario Health Card & a second piece of government-issued identification
- You must also know your personal email address
