We are at that time of the year when we elect a new committee to keep the AHWN going – bringing connection to the Women in the community of the Adelaide Hills
6.30pm – 7pm – Members Only – this is where we vote for our next committee – All positions are declared vacant at the start of the meeting

Price is $40 for 2 course meal for members and $45 for non-members

The committee consists of:
Chairperson – This person is responsible for bringing the committee together as a group to facilitate discussions and plan events, to see that committee members are assisting in doing various roles
Treasurer – Bookkeeping, collect and banking of funds after the event, paying for the event. Producing receipts to be signed off by the chairperson. Ensuring bookkeeping is presented to the Auditors annually and provide financial reports at each committee meeting
Secretary - Producing minutes from the committee meetings, provide to all committee members, ensure these are filed if needed to refer to them
Public Officer – This role is primarily for any newspaper articles or comments. The public officer would look at speaking to various media if called upon to answer questions etc
Various other members: It really does take a village to bring these events together – so we are looking for people with Social Media skills, photos, website updates, producing contents eg images for each event, Mailchimp for emails, booking venues, contacting speakers, sponsors etc
Without you, this group will fold – if you would love to bring your energy, drive, passion and really take this group on some wonderful experiences – please put up your hand, we really do need you. The outgoing committee will be there to do a handover and help you
