2025 Local Government Elections - Candidate Information Session

Do you want to make a difference in our community and have a say in local decision making?

The Shire of Dumbleyung will be hosting an information session for candidates interested in nominating for Council in the 2025 Local Government Elections.

When - Thursday 21st August 2025 at 6.30pm
Where - Shire of Dumbleyung Council Chambers

There are four (4) Councillors whose terms expire in October 2025. The Shire has been advised that at least one (1) Councillor is not intending to re-nominate for this year's election.

The Western Australian Electoral Commission (WAEC) will be conducting the election for the Shire of Dumbleyung. Nominations will open on 28th August 2025 and close on 4th September 2025.
