Event Overview

Step into a profound journey where endurance meets spiritual essence at the JBG Aravalli Ultra Run 2025—a road ultra that weaves together physical challenge with the serene energy of a sacred and storied land. Starting and finishing at the revered Ambaji Mata Shaktipeeth this unforgettable experience blends culture natural beauty and deep spiritual significance all set against the majestic backdrop of the ancient Aravalli range.

Race Categories

Participants can choose between two race distances:

• 50 KM Ultra with a cut-off time of 8 hours
• 100 KM Ultra with a cut-off time of 16 hours

Both routes feature a max elevation gain of 480 meters and offer a scenic challenge for ultra-distance runners.

Route Highlights

The course runs entirely on roads through the Aravalli region featuring long stretches of rolling hills with minimal flat sections. Runners will tackle continuous undulating elevation making it a true test of endurance. A prominent section of the route passes through the iconic Gabbar Hill near Ambaji adding a spiritual touch to the challenging course

Aid & Support

Fully supported aid stations will be set up every 10 kilometres stocked with essential hydration fruits electrolyte drinks first aid supplies and many more. Medical assistance and physiotherapist will be readily available ensuring that safety and the well-being of all runners are prioritized throughout the event

Eligibility

The event is open to all runners aged 18 years or older. Participants should be in good physical health and adequately trained for the distance and elevation.

Release and Waiver of Liability, Medical Care Consent, and Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement.

By registering for the JBG Aravalli Ultra 2025, I accept and understand that:

1. I am bound by all the terms and conditions contained in this Document, including the Release and Waiver of Liability, Medical Care Consent, and Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement;

2. I am accordingly concluding a binding agreement with the relevant entity, any individual, as detailed below, on the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement.

3. Any notice sent to the email address registered with the organizers shall be deemed as received by the runners.

4. I am aware that long-distance running is an extreme sport and can be injurious to body and health. I take full responsibility for participating in the JBG Aravalli Ultra 2025 event and do not hold the organizing committee or any of its members, Partners, or entities responsible for any injury or accident.

5. I have consulted my physician and undergone a complete medical examination to assess my suitability to participate in the event. I have kept a check on my health.

6. I also assume all risks associated with participating in this event including, but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather, including high heat or humidity, traffic and the condition of the road, arson or Anti-Social/terrorist threats and all other risks associated with a public event.

7. I agree that JBG Aravalli Ultra 2025 and JBG Endura Races will not be liable for any loss, damage, illness, or injury that might occur because of my participation in the event.

8. I agree to abide by the instructions provided by the organizers from time to time in the best interest of my health and event safety. I also agree to stop running if instructed by the Race Director or the Medical Staff or by the Aid Station Volunteers.

9. I confirm that my name and media recordings taken during my participation may be used to publicize the event.

10. I acknowledge and agree that my personal information can be stored and used by the Organising Team or any other company in connection with the organization, promotion, and administration of the event and for the compilation of statistical information.

11. I confirm that, in the event of adverse weather conditions, major incidents or threats on the day, any force majeure or restriction by authority, the organizers reserve the right to stop/cancel/postpone the event. I understand that confirmed registrations and merchandise orders are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be modified. The organizers reserve the right to reject any application without providing reasons.

12. For any reason, I cannot turn up on race day, no refund of any form will be given. I must personally appear for collecting the Race Bib.

13. I will not be allowed to stay on the course beyond the cut-off time considering the safety and health issues. The race organisers request total co-operation from me in this regard.

I WAIVE, RELEASE, AND FOREVER DISCHARGE the Event Producer, the race sanctioning body, event sponsors, event organizers, event promoters, race directors, event officials, event staff, advertisers, property owners, administrators, contractors, vendors, volunteers, all other persons or entities involved with the Event, and all state, city, town, county, and other governmental bodies, and/or municipal agencies whose property and/or personnel are used and/or in any way assist in locations in which the Event or segments of the Event take place, and each of their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, licensees, officers, directors, partners, board members, shareholders, members, supervisors, insurers, agents, employees, volunteers, and other participants and representatives (individually and collectively, the "Released Parties"), from any and all claims, liabilities of every kind, demands, damages (including direct, indirect, incidental, special and/or consequential), losses (economic and non-economic), and causes of action, of any kind or any nature, which I have or may have in the future, including court costs, Lawyers' fees and litigation expenses (individually and collectively, the "Claims") that may arise out of, result from, or relate to my participation in the Event or my travelling to or from the Event, including my death, personal injury, partial or permanent disability, negligence, property damage and damages of any kind, property theft, and Claims relating to the provision of first aid, medical care, medical treatment, or medical decisions (at the Event site or elsewhere), and any Claims for medical or hospital expenses, even if such Claims are caused by the negligent acts, omissions, or the carelessness of the Released Parties.

I HEREBY AFFIRM THAT I AM EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER, I HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, I UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENT, AND INTENTIONALLY AND VOLUNTARILY SIGN THIS AGREEMENT by Clicking on the I Consent Button, ALTERNATIVELY, THE ATHLETE IS DULY REPRESENTED.

I WILL/HAVE INFORMED ALL RELEVANT PARTIES (INCLUSIVE OF MY SPOUSE, CHILDREN, PARENTS, GUARDIANS, HEIRS, NEXT OF KIN, AND ANY LEGAL OR PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES, EXECUTORS, ADMINISTRATORS, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS, OR ANYONE ELSE WHO MIGHT CLAIM OR SUE ON MY BEHALF) OF THE CONTENT OF THIS AGREEMENT AND THAT I HAVE SIGNED AND BOUND MYSELF, AND THEM, TO THIS AGREEMENT AND UNDERSTAND THAT THEY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO TAKE ANY STEPS AGAINST THE RELEASED PARTIES AS A RESULT OF ANY INJURY OR FATAL ACCIDENT.*
