Ready to melt away stress and leave feeling completely refreshed? 💖 Join us for a 60-minute Restorative Sound Bath led by Emily Daugherty. No experience needed—just bring yourself and anything that makes you feel cozy! 🧘♀️🛌
💫 Emily will guide you through a gentle intro to sound healing, a few simple stretches (no standing required!), followed by a guided meditation and a deeply relaxing crystal bowl sound journey. The bowls are tuned to 432hz, a frequency known to reduce anxiety, improve sleep, and support healing from the inside out. 🌀💤

We’ll have a few mats available (first come, first served), but we recommend bringing:
✨ A yoga mat or blanket
✨ Pillows/bolsters/eye pillow
✨ Water bottle 💧
✨ A camping chair if you’d rather not practice on the floor
✨ Even a personal air mattress—just let us know ahead of time!
