A Day of Christmas

On December 6th, the State Theater Arts Council will be presenting “A Day of Christmas”!

At 9:30 AM there will be some Christmas fun before the arrival of Santa and Mrs. Claus! Children will be able to visit with Santa and tell him their Christmas wishes. Bev Shifflett will be there to take pictures. Doors open at 9 AM, program starts at 9:30.

Then at 2:00 PM, the State Theater, in conjunction with the Mound City Activities Committee, will present the Delores Ideker Memorial Community Event, “The Polar Express”. Attendees of the movie are encouraged to wear their pajamas and can take their own picture in front of the Polar Express train. The doors open at 1:00 PM and the movie begins at 2:00.

All events are free. A free will donation jar will be there for the movie.
