This workshop invites participants to journey inward through stillness and presence—gently reviewing what has passed and creating spaciousness for what's to come. This slow, grounding practice is designed to offer you space—space to soften, reflect, and realign with your inner rhythm as we transition through the second half of the year.
Through long-held, introspective poses, breath awareness, and mindful stillness, we’ll gently release accumulated tension and create space for clarity, calm, and renewal.

Meet Claudia: Yoga Instructor and Former Professional Dancer
Claudia is an accomplished Italian former professional dancer with a diverse background in performance and teaching on a global scale. After retiring from her dancing career, she completed her Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) in 2020. Throughout her years as a performer, yoga was instrumental in enhancing her flexibility, strength, and stamina. She states, “Yoga was an important step before and after every performance. It was the only way I could find focus, and it taught me how to use my breath efficiently as a performer and in my daily life.”
