The longest night of the year holds a quiet, sacred magic. A time to pause, reflect, and honor what has passed. A moment to release what no longer serves and make space for the returning light.
Join me for an intimate afternoon at a serene farmhouse in Bahar ic Caghaq, a space to move, breathe, connect, and awaken fully in your body and presence.

We will
🌹Explore somatic embodiment practices inspired by Sacred Return, interactive, playful, and deeply grounding.
🌹Move, dance, and awaken joy and vitality.
🌹Breathe consciously, releasing tension and reclaiming energy.
🌹Immerse in a healing sound bath, harmonizing body, mind, and spirit.
🌹 Share and witness in a heart-opening circle, held with love, respect, and space.
This gathering is a mini-Sacred Return experience, a condensed, yet profound, container for Somatic Embodiment, Dance Release, Movement, Breath, Joy, Playfulness and Reconnection with Self, Nature, and Others.

What to bring ~ Wear warm clothes, Bring a journal & pen, a blanket, something to lie down on, a blind fold for playful activities, a pillow, fruit and water.
