FULL MOON gathering - "Dances & Rituals of Courage, Self-care and Inspiration!"

THIS IS NOT AN ORDINARY NIGHT 🤩🌑💫!

Welcome to this special event at Vincent's, that I have tailored to accompany us in this night of shifting energies: a full moon always invites us to take a minute to reflect on what’s working (or not) in our lives – work, relationships or health –, and to take some me-time for focusing and recharging.

If you feel that old stories and intense emotions are lingering and creating stagnation, this event is inviting you to gently re-align your perspective: MOVEMENT opens possibilities, and when we DANCE we remind ourselves that we are not stuck, and that we can meditate in action and EMBODY FLOW.

I am inviting you to come to Breath, Dance and Flow during the Full Moon and Lunar Eclipse, and to practice together some simple rituals for manifestation and energy cleansing: we will explore dances of COURAGE, SELF-CARE and INSPIRATION that I have specifically selected for this event 👣💙. No prior dance experience is necessary, everyone is welcome to the gathering!

IMPORTANT!
Some of us have planned to remain together for a SHARED DINNER under the verandah, at around 8pm. This is of course optional : so if you wish to stay after the event and keep on enjoying the company, the nature and the beautiful sky 😊, kindly contact me for further details, thank you!

I am Eleonora, certified Biodanza Teacher and Embodiment Coach, spreading Biodanza, Embodiment Practices and Rituals in Malta since January 2023 🤩.

PRACTICAL INFOS:
* Until Saturday 6th the energy exchange is 20 euro (paid via Revolut - @eleonoefnt, Eleonora Talarico)
* At the door on Sunday 7th, the energy exchange will be of 30 euro
* Please bring a pen and paper - Kindly remember an additional layer, socks, mosquitos repellent and your bottle of water 😉
