Gourikwa Reserve is situated close to the beach in the vicinity of Gouritz. From Zebras to Pincushions in full bloom, we will discover all their scenic routes and end it off with a picnic buffet at the Lookout point, before we head back to our vehicles. Prepare yourselves for a morning of beautiful views, heaps of fresh air and breathtaking scenery.
?? List of items required for all our hikes:
? Suitable lightweight hydration-/backpack/hip pouch
? Hydration/bottled water
? Sunscreen
? Hat/head gear
? Suitable non-slip shoes
? Snacks
? Lightweight windproof jacket
? Fleece/midlayer depending the weather
? Your own emergency items, such as bandage, small petroleum jelly, blister plasters, etc
✨ Optional items:
Fingerless gloves, hiking poles, beanie, buffs, sunglasses.
We'll meet at the main entry gate to the Reserve at 8am from where we will proceed to the Reception area to check in. (The Reserve cgarges a fee per vehicle, so we will fill up vehicles at the gate).
