Calcasieu Sheriff Stitch Guillory and the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office are hosting the annual Anti-Bullying Walk on Saturday, November 15, from 8:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Sam Houston High School, located at 880 Sam Houston Jones Pkwy in Moss Bluff.
During the walk, participants will have the opportunity to visit various vendor booths offering resources and support. In addition, several community leaders and advocates will be speaking to share their insights and encourage open dialogue about bullying.
“This walk is not just about raising awareness, it’s about taking a stand against bullying,” stated Sheriff Guillory. “By walking together, we’re sending a message that we support our kids. Every child deserves to feel safe and respected in our community.”
The event, which is open to all ages, is free to the public.
