KPAC presents SENTIMENTAL VALUE, the new film from auteur Joachim Trier. An intimate exploration of family, memories, and the reconciliatory power of art. Deftly exploring the uneasy tension between artistic expression and personal connection, Sentimental Value is a bracingly mature work from writer-director Joachim Trier that’s marvelously acted across the board. Sentimental Value won the Grand Prix at the Cannes Film Festival and has earned eight Golden Globe nominations, including Best Motion Picture Drama, Best Director, Best Actress, and multiple supporting performance nods.
