Hike & Sunset Yoga

We will meet at Robinson Park's parking lot at 6:30 pm.

After arrival, Heather; owner of Hyperspud Sports will guide you to one of the trails in the park, where you will explore the beautiful trail up to a point of break and return to where the yoga class will ensue.

We will have an all-levels yoga after our hike. The class will consist of short meditation, a vinyasa style asana, and a sweet sound bath during savāsana. We will end close to dusk.

Open to all levels. We encourage you to bring your family & friends. Kids ages 11+ are welcome. Pets welcome (place yourself at the back of the group if you have a pet)

You can come for the hike or yoga alone.

Bring your own mat and blanket (if any).

*$15-$20 suggested donation or however much you think the event is worth
(cash preferred)
