Christmas tree cutting at Phillips Farm - Reservation Required

We've identified 30–40 wild Douglas-fir and ponderosa pine trees that are nicely shaped and ready to harvest for Christmas. You can cut your own tree or get help from a Moscow High School Environmental Club student. The best trees are about a 10 minute walk away from the lower shelter over some rough ground. So come prepared!

We will have saws on hand for people who don't bring their own, and hot cider and snacks to warm you up.

Tree cutting is by donation to support activities of the MHS Environmental Club and Friends of Phillips Farm at Virgil Phillips Farm County Park.
