Held amidst the serene beauty of the Bamboo Forest, this immersion incorporates the natural elements to create an invitational and connective space to gather, alchemize, and reset. Recommended to bring a yoga mat, seat cushion or pillow, & water bottle.

What is Cacao:
Cacao is a heart-opening, energizing, yet soft and gentle plant that comes from a Cacao fruit tree ~ providing you with the purest way to enjoy what we know today as chocolate. Cacao has an active compound in it called “theobroma” which is translated as “Food of the Gods” ~ with a variety of health benefits ~ it truly is a superfood and ally. Stacey & Connor work in partnership with Guatemalan Cacao farms & a local women’s collective to share with you a beautiful chocolate-like elixir of Cacao straight from the source. Enjoy a cup prepared with medicinal spices to open, nourish, and anchor into your Heart.
