Move, breathe, and dance your way through autumn energy. Grounding beats, playful rhythms, and pure body joy all guided by your facilitator!

About this Event

Fall + Flow is a guided somatic dance experience designed to get you out of your head and into your body. Through music, movement, and presence, you’ll soften into sensation and awaken your body as we flow into the fall season together!

No dance experience needed. Just come as you are, ready to move, feel, and connect.

Bring water bottle and wear something comfy to move in.
We’ll close with a short grounding + reflection circle.
Doors close at 1:50pm so please give yourself time to find parking and check in.
