🌟 About the Book
Meet Ollie, a juvenile smallmouth bass, and his best friend Rita, an elver eel, as they explore a new part of the Great River and run into a concerning garbage dump. With the help of some mysterious “bubble creatures,” they learn it’s okay to ask for help—and discover how pollution affects wildlife. Inspired by Patricia’s experiences as a scuba diver and her passion for riverside ecology, this charming tale highlights environmental stewardship while celebrating friendship and curiosity!
