September 26-28: Gisela Boderke & Mary Biefel Showcase
Gisela Boderke - Has been creating jewelry since 1988, following my fine arts degree and training at the Colorado Institute of Art. Her work blends artistic expression with functionality, using materials like silver, copper, and bison horn cap—a unique medium. Unlike stone, bison horn cap is durable and complements my designs beautifully.
Mary Biefel - Has been using bison hair in many of her fiber art creations. She has over 50 years of experience in the fiber arts.
Both artists were mentored by Annette Graener, known as the Buffalo Weaver.
