Sound healing meditation with Felicity Carson

Join Felicity Carson, a Registered Division 1 Nurse with a specialisation in Surgical and Breastcare Nursing, for a deeply relaxing and restorative sound bath session. Felicity brings a unique blend of clinical experience and holistic healing, co-facilitating two cancer support groups on the Mornington Peninsula and working closely with women undergoing and recovering from cancer treatment.

Her passion for patient care has led her to explore a range of healing modalities, including meditation, reiki, acupuncture, and ayurveda. Felicity believes in the power of integrating Western medicine with natural therapies to support overall wellbeing.

A sound bath is a meditative experience that uses resonant sounds—such as Tibetan and crystal singing bowls and gongs—to help calm the nervous system, promote mindfulness, and release physical and emotional tension.

This special event will be held in the tranquil Wellness Centre at The Bays Cancer Care Centre, offering a serene and supportive space for healing and connection.
