Civic Observance of Remembrance

The Annual Civic Observance of Remembrance (Remembrance Sunday) will take place Sunday 9th November 2025.

The Parade will form up at 10.30am at THE CENTRAL METHODIST CHURCH HALL WESLEY STREET MORLEY LS27 9EE, as the Town Hall is undergoing refurbishment.

The parade will make it's way to the War Memorial in Scatcherd Park for the Service of Remembrance.

After this the Parade will return to Wesley Street, en route a salute will be taken on the Town Hall Steps.

PLEASE NOTE THE LOCATION FOR THE START OF THE PARADE THIS YEAR IS THE CENTRAL METHODISTS CHURCH HALL WESLEY STREET AS THE TOWN HALL IS CLOSED.
