Join me for the next afternoon of chakra exploration - it's been a while! In this session we'll be finding out more about Hrit, a chakra you might not be so familiar with. Also known as the heart gate, this gives you a clue as to what it does. It's quite an important chakra in Dru Yoga, allowing us to deepen our connection with the heart centre, bridging the gap between the physical body and our higher consciousness.
A centre for love, compassion and forgiveness, for ourselves as well as others, focus on Hrit taps into a well of peace and joy.
I'll share some of the philosophy associated with this more esoteric chakra, look at how it effects us physically and emotionally.
The session will include beautiful yoga, relaxation, meditation, pranayama and mudra to leave you balanced and with a deeper understanding of this energy centre.
There'll be a break in the middle, time to have a cuppa :)
