Mobility & Restorative Yoga

This once-a-month class offers the perfect balance of movement and stillness. We’ll begin with gentle, mobility-focused sequences to release tension, improve joint flexibility, and wake up the body.

From there, we’ll transition into restorative yoga postures designed to calm the nervous system, encourage deep relaxation, and leave you feeling grounded and refreshed. Whether you’re looking to ease stiffness, support recovery, or simply slow down, this practice provides space to recharge both body and mind.
