ENTRY: Morgantown Art Association Gallery at the Mountaineer Mall. The fee for entry is ten dollars ($10.00/per person) with
a maximum of two (2) pieces per artist. Take in for the exhibit is Wednesday, October 1, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. No
work will be ac-cepted after 5:00 p.m. on that date.
AWARDS PRESENTATION: Date and times to be announced.
EXHIBIT DATES: Thursday, October 2, 2025, through Wednesday, November 5, 2025.
RETURN OF ENTRIES: Artwork must be picked up at the MAA Gallery on November 5, 2025. This is mandatory! If this is
not possible, please call MAA at (304) 291-5900 to make other arrangements. Please sign your artwork out at the desk at the
time of pickup.
ELIGIBILITY: All paid-up members of Morgantown Art Association are eligible to enter. All entries must be original
artwork, must have been completed within the past two (2) years, and must not have received an award at an All-
Member Show, MAA Exhibit 60, MAA Photography Show, or Art at the Airport Show.
All paintings, drawings, and photographs must have suitable frames, labels, and wires for hanging. Drawings,
watercolors, and photographs must be under glass or plexiglass or suitably mounted. Unframed canvas must
be gallery wrapped. Sculptures, ceramics, textiles, and miscellaneous 3D art must be prepared for display. Maximum
size is three feet x four feet or a total perimeter of fourteen feet. Works too heavy to be handled by one person must be
placed in the exhibit by the artist. All submitted works will be shown; no art will be rejected unless it is not properly prepared
for the exhibition. MAA reserves the right to reject objectionable works, with decisions being made by the MAA Gallery
Committee.
SALES: All exhibited work sold from the show will be subject to a thirty percent (30%) commission to the Gallery. Entries are
not required to be for sale. Purchased art must remain on display until the show closes.
LIABILITY: Works submitted will be given reasonable care; however, no insurance will be provided. Responsibility for loss or
dam-age will not be assumed by either Morgantown Art Association or the Mountaineer Mall.
AWARDS: Best of Show and Merit Awards will be given. Also, there will be 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prizes in each of the following
four categories: Watercolor/Watercolor Mixed Media; Oil, Acrylic, & Other Mediums; Three Dimensional; and Photography
