Confidence Course Spring 2026

This will be the same course as the fall event, so if you did the course in the fall, you will be able to re-test to see your fitness gains! If you did not come to the fall course, that's perfectly okay! The course consists of 16 stations throughout our 10 acre property and takes about an hour to complete. You will be challenged by gym equipment, burpees, squats, ropes, heavy objects, running and more!
Starts at 9 am.
The cost is $20 per person and every dollar goes towards gym equipment. Plesse tell your friends!!
