What is a Box League?
Participants will receive an entire Play Booster box of the Set, hence the high entry fee for this event!
Players will proceed to open their box and select a legendary creature from among their pulls. Building a 60 card deck including the commander, no color restriction are applied during deck building.
This means that although you may have a 2 or 3 color commander, you can play any color of spell in the deck.
Since this is a 60 card sealed format, this means that you can play as many copies of a card that you may pull. So if you are lucky enough to pull multiple copies of the same shock land or other main appeals of the set then you will be able to play them in the deck.
As this is our first Box League we are hosting, we decided to have the prizing for this event be the Yuna, Grand Summoner Promo that was meant for a Final Fantasy Box League. We only have 8 of these promos, which correlates to the 8 slots that are available for this event! So, regardless of how you place you are guaranteed this Yuna as it will most likely be the only prizing for this event due to the High Price Tag behind the Promo!
