Morehead City Library Presents: Meet the Author, Joseph Smith

The Morehead City Public Library welcomes local author Joseph Smith and his newly published book, Menhaden. Join us on Wednesday, Sept. 3rd at 2 p.m. for this exciting author talk about the history of one of the nation's oldest and largest commercial fisheries.
