Reiki 1 is a one-day course offered at the Sea Studio in Morecambe, LA3 1RB. This is an intimate course, so places are limited to 4 per session. Upcoming dates are:

I practice and teach Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki and my lineage can be traced back to Mikao Usui, 11th generation and I am registered as a Master Practitioner and Teacher with the UK Reiki Federation (7640G).
Reiki 1 is the ideal way to begin your journey as a healer. During this course you will learn how Reiki is a powerful hand-on healing method for channelling life energy to promote health and maintain well-being. The subtle energy flow of Reiki can powerfully transform people and assist them with their healing of the body, mind and soul.
During the day you will:
Receive your Reiki 1 attunements which attunes and aligns you to your own connection to universal life force energy.
You will explore the world of this subtle and holistic energy healing system for balancing, healing and harmonising body, mind, emotions and spirits, promoting self-awareness, personal growth and spiritual development.
You will be guided on the path of self-healing and the gift of sharing healing with your loved ones, fur babies, plants, water, food and even crystals.
You will have the opportunity to experience giving and receiving a Reiki session.
Reiki is suitable for everyone, regardless of spiritual beliefs or skill level.
Reiki Level 1 (1 day) covers
• The History of Reiki
• Reiki 1 Hand Positions
• Self-Reiki Healing
• Understanding of the Chakra System
• The Human Aura
• Reiki level 1 attunements
• Hands on experience of giving and receiving a Reiki healing session.
You will personally receive:
• Reiki 1 Sacred Attunements
• Knowledge and skills to apply Reiki to your friends and family
• Digital Reiki 1 manual
• Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki, 1st Degree Certificate and Lineage
• Personal Reiki Gift
Following this course, you may wish to continue to Reiki 2 practitioner certification whereby you can become a Reiki Practitioner, dates will be released following this Reiki 1 course. (I recommend that you practice Reiki on yourself and family and/or friends for a minimum of 3 months before continuing onto Reiki 2).
