Join us every Monday for our FREE Mums & Bubs Class a welcoming community session designed for mums and their little ones to move, connect, and feel supported.

🌸 Time: 10:45am class followed by cake and coffee
🌸 Where: Fernwood Fitness Morayfield

✔️ Guest speakers on the first Monday of each month covering topics to support you as a mum!
