Pasta Making Class $43

Our friends Nadia and Diane of the Gothic Farmstead in Pine City will be teaching this fun class. Enjoy learning how to make pasta in a hands-on, low stress environment! You will learn the basic recipe so you can recreate it at home easily at any time. In this class, you will make pasta in whatever form you prefer, spaghetti, linguini, cutouts, hand cut, or hand shaped! The possibilities are many and up to you. You will bring home what you make, and be able to cook it for dinner that very night.

Please bring a large cutting board, rolling pin, sharp knife, and any pasta tools you may have.

Class will supply the flour, eggs, olive oil, salt, scales, bowls, manual roller, and containers to bring your pasta home. Everyone will go home with a new bench scraper, an essential tool in pasta making.

If you are gluten-free you can still absolutely join us and make a delicious pasta, but please bring you own gluten-free flour!
