Join Jen, a local Orthopaedic and Pelvic Health Physiotherapist and Kate, your local Certified Pregnancy & Postpartum Exercise Specialist for ~60-90 minutes of education!

Whether you are in your pregnancy or postpartum journey, this gathering will provide education around: explaining the changes in your body during pregnancy, identifying the difference between your core and pelvic floor as well as address common misconceptions around these topics.

If you are keen to learn more about your body in its respective journey, we invite you to join us!

Included in registration fee: resources, warm beverage and presentation/workshop.
