If you're looking for a fun educational event for your workplace or likeminded friends group, or something to enhance your home schooling group, or simply want to learn how to make sourdough at home, or if you want to refresh your sourdough baking knowledge and skills, this is for you. No prior baking experience required, you'll learn how-to step by step hands-on and ask questions.
This comprehensive 3 hour workshop is designed to take you through all the steps from start to finish of preparing and baking a basic sourdough loaf at home. You will have hands-on experience of all the steps and learn the how-to, the science behind each step and all the essential equipments you'll need to bake sourdough at home(optional for purchase).
At the end of the workshop, you'll have a jar of live sourdough starter, a couple of doughs that we worked on in the workshop to take home to bake the same day or next day, a print-out booklet with all the details to refer back to when you bake at home.
Access to a private FB group for ongoing support after the workshop.
Small class max 10 per class. You'll get all the attention for hands-on instructions and ask all the questions you have!
If you've always wanted to learn how to make sourdough at home and be able to bake fresh loaves of bread for your family, this is your opportunity! Or if you know someone who's interested, this would be a perfect gift or group activity. Or if you have tried to make sourdough at home but struggled with success, this will be a good way to learn the basics and guidelines to start baking sourdough again.

You can change the name of the participant, limit to one change per ticket.
Cancellation:
Cancellation prior 14 days before the event will result in a full refund.
Cancellation within 14 days before the event will result in a 50% refund.
